Pro-Pac Packaging Limited was originally established in 1987. The main focus of
the company at that time was the manufacture and distribution of a biodegradable
void fill product to the industry.
As this product was the only such product in the marketplace at that time, Pro-Pac
rapidly established itself as the market leader of innovative packaging solutions.
Pro-Pac sourced and supplied products to a multitude of customers including paper
based viod fill, bubble void fill and other like products. It was soon recognized
that the company could provide a total packaging solution to its customers.
Pro-Pac rapidly expanded its product range to include all industrial packaging products
including:

- Protective Cushioning and Wrapping

Pro-Pac listed on the Australian stock exchange in 2005. It continued to grow organically
and through acquisition. The most recent acquisitions being Fastway Industrial Products
and Packstrap.

In July 2007 it acquired Plastic Bottles, a leading manufacturer and distributor
of rigid containers. PB Packaging was also a mature and well established business
of over 18 years, with a solid reputation as experts in all types of plastic containers
and well known for their superior customer service. The major product lines supplied

- Sprays & Pumps

Plastic Bottles has a number of subsidiaries that manufacture (Bev-Cap, Closure-Technology,
BlowCon and Australian Bottle Manufacturers) as well as a specialist importing arm
Specialty Products and Dispensers with strong Asian representation and distribution
throughout the eastern seaboard through PB Packaging.
The Group today has over 270 employees Australia-wide with numerous warehouse and
manufacturing locations.
